20 Minute Mini Baked Chicken Tacos

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 mini taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the taco seasoning to the chicken, mixing well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Place the mini taco shells on a baking sheet.
  5. Fill each shell with the cooked chicken mixture.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with lettuce and diced tomatoes.
  9. Serve warm with sour cream on the side.
