  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugars, oil, and eggs until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fill the donut pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until donuts spring back when touched.
  6. Let cool before removing from the pan.
