- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup banana pudding mix
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup whipped cream, for topping
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Mix banana pudding with milk according to package directions and fold this into the cream cheese mixture as well.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
- Once set, top with sliced bananas and a dollop of whipped cream before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use ripe bananas.
