  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix sugars, oil, eggs, pumpkin, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fill each muffin liner halfway with batter, add a dollop of cream cheese mix, then top with more batter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
