Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and blueberries gently.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • For chewier cookies, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
  • You can substitute frozen blueberries if fresh ones are not available.
