  • 1 cup chopped turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well blended.
  3. Add the turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, bell peppers, onions, salt, and pepper to the eggs and mix well.
  4. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
