6 large eggs
1 cup chopped turkey bacon
1 cup diced chicken ham
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well blended.
Add the turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, bell peppers, onions, salt, and pepper to the eggs and mix well.
Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin tins.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set and lightly golden.
