  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg

  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and vegetable oil.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the skillet.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
