  • 1 package puff pastry sheets
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. Add the diced chicken ham and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Whisk the eggs and pour them into the skillet, stirring until cooked through.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  6. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each square and fold the pastry over.
  7. Seal the edges with a fork.
  8. Brush with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
