Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
  3. Stir in melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  6. Fold in whipped cream gently to combine.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked brownie layer.
  8. Top with the remaining brownie batter and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  9. Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra chocolatey flavor, add chocolate chips to the brownie batter.
  • Allow the cheesecake to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving for better texture.
