- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 eggs

- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
