Brownie Cheesecake

A delectable combination of rich brownie and creamy cheesecake topped with chocolate ganache.

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the brownie mix by combining flour, sugar, cocoa powder, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Spread the brownie batter in a greased baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the baked brownies and bake for another 25 minutes.
  6. Let cool and top with chocolate chips and ganache before serving.
