Butterfinger Cheesecake

A creamy and decadent Butterfinger cheesecake that’s perfect for special occasions or a sweet indulgence.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 4 Butterfinger candies, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in whipped cream and crushed Butterfinger candies.
  6. Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Turn off oven and let cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar.
  8. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • This recipe works best with room-temperature ingredients.
  • Garnish with additional crushed Butterfinger before serving.
