  • 1 cup Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, Cajun seasoning, and diced tomatoes.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and mix well until combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
