California Grape and Chicken Salad with Lemon-Balsamic Vinaigrette

A refreshing salad combining juicy grapes and tender chicken, dressed with a zesty lemon-balsamic vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, grapes, walnuts, celery, and red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper for the vinaigrette.
