- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Fold in diced apples, and pour the mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set. Let cool.
- Once cool, drizzle caramel sauce on top.
