Caramel Brownie Cheesecake

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, continue to mix.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips and fold them into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the cooled cheesecake before serving.

Notes

  • For extra richness, add a layer of fudge sauce before the caramel.
  • Use a water bath to prevent cracking in the cheesecake.
