Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup rice, uncooked
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, cheese, cream of chicken soup, and seasonings.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and rice is tender.
