- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the baby potatoes into halves.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Return to oven for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
