Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Smoked Sausage

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes into halves.
  3. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Return to oven for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
