Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Bowls

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 bread bowls
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
  3. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, garlic, and Italian seasoning over medium heat.
  4. Add the shredded chicken and Parmesan cheese to the cream mixture, stirring until combined and heated through.
  5. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add to the chicken Alfredo mixture.
  6. Stir gently to coat the pasta evenly.
  7. Cut the tops off the bread bowls and scoop out the insides.
  8. Fill each bread bowl with the Chicken Alfredo mixture and top with chopped parsley.
  9. Place filled bread bowls in the oven for 10 minutes until warmed through.

Notes

  • For a little extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the Alfredo sauce.
