Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Bowls

Delicious and comforting Chicken Alfredo served in crispy garlic bread bowls.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 4 large bread bowls
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet and cook until no longer pink. Remove and shred the chicken.
  4. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth. Return shredded chicken to the skillet and combine.
  5. Cut the tops off the bread bowls and hollow them out. Place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Fill each bread bowl with the chicken Alfredo mixture.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the bread is crispy.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add more garlic or herbs to the Alfredo sauce.
  • This dish can be prepared in advance and reheated.
