Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Soup

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 12 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the cooked chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in the lasagna noodles and cook until al dente.
  5. Reduce the heat and add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
