- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cups waffle pieces
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and waffle pieces.
- Add half of the cheese and mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the chicken and waffle mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
