- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare a baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound until about 1/2 inch thick.
- Spread Dijon mustard on each breast and layer with turkey bacon, chicken ham, and Swiss cheese.
- Roll up each breast tightly and secure with toothpicks.
