  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 ribs celery, chopped

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Stir in the onions, garlic, carrots, and celery; cook until softened.
  4. Add the thyme, chicken broth, and shredded chicken; bring to a boil.
