  • 1 pound beef, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef in soy sauce and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add the broccoli and beef broth, and simmer until the broccoli is tender.
