  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the garlic until fragrant.
