  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter and cocoa powder together.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Add salt and stir until combined.
  5. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. While baking, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  7. In another bowl, melt chocolate chips and fold into whipped cream.
  8. Once brownies are done, allow to cool before spreading mousse on top.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
