- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
