  • 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  6. In a separate pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  7. Serve pancakes warm topped with crispy turkey bacon.
