  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs and simmer for 20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with pasta or on a sub roll.
