  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form mixture into burger patties.
  4. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy; set aside.
  5. Grill or cook the turkey burger patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  6. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheese on each patty if desired.
  7. Assemble the burgers on buns with turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  8. Serve hot.
