Cranberry Sausage & Stuffing Breakfast Casserole

A delicious blend of cranberry, sausage, and stuffing that creates the perfect breakfast casserole.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, stuffing mix, and cranberry sauce.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the stuffing mixture and stir until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
