  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. Add minced garlic and frozen peas to the skillet, cooking until the peas are heated through.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and remove from heat. Quickly pour egg mixture over the pasta, tossing to combine.
