- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and stir in flour to make a roux.
- Gradually whisk in milk and mustard powder until smooth, then bring to a simmer.
- Add the cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.

- Transfer to a baking dish, top with breadcrumbs, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
