  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and shrimp; sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook until the shrimp are pink, about 3-4 minutes.
