  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup gnocchi
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add gnocchi and cook according to package instructions.
  6. Reduce heat, and stir in heavy cream and spinach.
  7. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes before serving.
