- 1 cup millet
- 4 cups water or milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

- Rinse the millet under cold water.
- In a pot, combine millet, water or milk, and salt. Bring to a boil.
