- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup chopped chicken ham
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the potatoes thinly and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the potatoes in a baking dish, followed by half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
- Pour half of the cream mixture over the layers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
