  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup chopped chicken ham
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer half of the potatoes in a baking dish, followed by half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  5. Pour half of the cream mixture over the layers.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Top with shredded cheese.
  8. Bake for 45-60 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
