- 2 pounds potatoes, sliced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
- Sprinkle half of the crumbled turkey bacon and chicken ham over the potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix together cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour half of the cream mixture over the first layer of potatoes.
- Repeat layers with the remaining potatoes, bacon, ham, and cream mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese and dot with butter.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
