  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of turkey bacon
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken breasts by pounding them flat.
  3. Layer a slice of turkey bacon and a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast.
  4. Fold the chicken over to encase the filling and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the chicken on both sides.
