  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the brioche bread into thick slices.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, heavy cream, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt together.
  3. Add the bread slices to the mixture, ensuring each slice is well-coated.
