  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the pierogi in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add half of the kielbasa, onion, and sauerkraut.
  3. Sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper.
  4. Add half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until heated through.
