- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 1 package frozen pierogi
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup chicken broth
- In a crock pot, layer the sliced kielbasa at the bottom.
- Add frozen pierogi on top of the kielbasa.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and chopped onion over the pierogi.
- Add drained sauerkraut on top.
- Pour chicken broth over the entire mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until heated through.
Notes
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
- You can substitute other types of sausage if desired.
