Crock Pot Pierogi and Kielbasa Casserole

A warm and hearty casserole made with pierogi and kielbasa, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 package frozen pierogi
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. In a crock pot, layer the sliced kielbasa at the bottom.
  2. Add frozen pierogi on top of the kielbasa.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and chopped onion over the pierogi.
  4. Add drained sauerkraut on top.
  5. Pour chicken broth over the entire mixture.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until heated through.

Notes

  • This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
  • You can substitute other types of sausage if desired.
