Crock pot Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa Recipe

  • 1 package frozen pierogi
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the frozen pierogi in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Top with half of the kielbasa and half of the onions.
  3. Sprinkle with half of the cheese and half of the sour cream.
  4. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour beef broth over everything.
  6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until heated through and cheese is melted.
