- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- Place chicken in the bottom of the crockpot and cover with chicken broth.
- Add carrots, peas, celery, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, tear the biscuit dough into pieces and drop them into the crockpot.
- Cover and continue to cook until the biscuits are cooked through.

- For extra flavor, add herbs such as thyme or parsley.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
