- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the onion soup mix, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soup. Pour over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken and shred it using two forks.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl and stir into the gravy. Cook on high for an additional 15-30 minutes until thickened.
- Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot, stir and serve.
