- 16 ounces gnocchi
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups spinach, fresh
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Place all ingredients except gnocchi and spinach in the crockpot.
