  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, and parsley.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  5. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the egg noodles.
  6. Shred the chicken before serving and stir everything together.
