  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups carrots, diced
  • 2 cups celery, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot. Add the chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours.
  3. Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
  4. Add the egg noodles and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high until the noodles are tender.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
