Crockpot Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa

  • 1 package pierogi
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the pierogi in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add half of the kielbasa and onion on top of the pierogi.
  3. Spread half of the shredded cheese over the layers.
  4. Combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl; pour over the cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until heated through and cheese is melted.
