Crockpot Potato Soup

A warm and hearty crockpot potato soup recipe made with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine the potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  2. Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients and stir gently.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!

  • For a creamier soup, blend some of the potatoes before adding the cream.
