- 4 slices bread
- 2 slices turkey bacon
- 2 slices chicken ham
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and whisk in the flour.
- Slowly add the milk, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
- Layer two slices of bread on a baking sheet.
- Add turkey bacon and chicken ham on each slice.
- Pour some sauce over the meat, then sprinkle with cheese.
- Add another slice of bread on top, then pour the remaining sauce and cheese over.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Fry the eggs in a separate pan to serve on top of the sandwiches.
